Make a festive Gingerbread Martini using Hot Damn! Vanilla Vodka, Baileys, and Gingerbreads. For a decadent Christmas cocktail, garnish with crushed ginger snaps and plenty of whipped cream. This is how you enjoy your dessert!

So, on Christmas night, when you are sitting with your family, you can make your moments more magical with this spicy, festive cocktail.

Baileys gingerbread martini

Made with whipped cream,vodka and Baileys Irish cream liqueur, and topped with gingerbread men, this wonderful Christmas cocktail is just what the adults ordered.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces Baileys Irish cream liqueur
  • 4 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces Coffee liqueur
  • 2 ounces Gingerbread Syrup recipe follows
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream, softened whipped cream
  • some gingerbread cookies

Gingerbread Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 fresh ginger

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the Irish cream liqueur, vodka, coffee liqueur, Gingerbread Syrup, and ice cream. Shake well with ice. Pour into four martini glasses that have been cooled. Finish with a big dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of gingerbread biscuit crumbs on top of each.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, cloves, cinnamon, and ginger. Bring to a boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the fire and set aside for 20 minutes to cool to room temperature before using. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks, covered.
