Returns Policy

At Natural Moreish, we aim to deliver you the best shopping experience of NUTS, DRIED FRUIT & INGREDIENTS.

We want to make the return process as simple and easy as possible. With our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we will do whatever it takes to make you happy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us, and we will take prompt actions to return or exchange the product. However, we ask you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order because of the perishable nature of our products.

You can return unopened items in the same condition you received within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return occurred due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’d pay the return shipping costs. Return Requests for orders placed more than 7 days ago cannot be authorized.

Due to health reasons, we cannot take back any bags that have been opened.

Unless Australian Consumer Law applies, please note change of mind returns are not available for the following purchases:

  • Promotional discount codes
  • Special orders

If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, you should provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or replacement product. Proof of purchase may be your original registered receipt, credit card statement or any other form of evidence.

Natural Moreish may have the faulty product assessed by a third-party certified repair agent to determine the nature and cause of the fault. Natural Moreish reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

Refunds can only be paid in the same tender as the original purchase or refunded to the account used to pay for the item in the case of a 30-day business account holder.

Free shipping is valid on orders over AU$94 for retail packagings, after all discounts and promotions are applied and before applicable taxes.

Delivery Time

From Monday to Friday, your orders registered before 5:00 pm EST are estimated to ship the next business day. If your order is placed after 5:00 pm EST on Friday, weekends or holidays, we will ship it the following business day.

When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number that will allow you to follow your package in actual time.
