Maxriver does not and will not store your credit card information once the transaction to purchase goods from us has been successful. We will delete any credit card information after each successful transaction and will not disclose any of this information outside the Maxriver operations. Free shipping is valid on orders over AU$94 for retail packagings, after all discounts and promotions are applied and before applicable taxes.

Delivery Time

From Monday to Friday, your orders registered before 5:00 pm EST are estimated to ship the next business day. If your order is placed after 5:00 pm EST on Friday, weekends or holidays, we will ship it the following business day.

Express Shipping Service: It is not the default on our website, however, you can call our support number at 02 8328 0595 for express shipping.


When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number that will allow you to follow your package in actual time.
