Serving suggestions
The serving size for dates is 1/4 cup or about five dates a day, but if you’re concerned about the natural sugar, we suggest eating one or two at a time. Dates can be savored as is, but you will find them even more talented in the kitchen.
Dry or fresh dates can be consumed in their raw form or may be stuffed or chopped to use in cereals, puddings, ice cream, bread, cakes, cookies, and candy bars. Since production is high, surplus dates can be made into paste, cubes, spread, powder (date sugar), jelly, jam, syrup, vinegar, and alcohol.
Storage
Store and keep dates in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for more than three months. Dates can also be stored in the freezer. If you go this way, we recommend keeping it in small amounts, such as Tablespoon portions on an ice cube plate. Once frozen, remove the cubes and store them in a resealable bag.[3]
Our Date is collected from 100% natural date, which is cleaned & pitted, pieces are extruded through a series of exemplary screen.
Date fruits pass through the process of separation of calyx and seeds, washing, drying, moisturizing, polishing, pressing, cooling, grading, chopping and packing. These are the significant production steps.
