Pistachio flavouring is a good substitute for pure vanilla extract in your cake and cookie, and ice cream.
Best way to use Pistachio Flavouring
Pistachio flavouring can be used in hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications. If you want to use Pistachio extract in homemade ice cream, 85 grams is enough to flavour 20 litres of ice cream.
When substituting super strength flavours for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for one teaspoon of flavouring.
Storage
Keep the flavouring cool and dry, away from heat and direct light in an airtight sealed container. The shelf time is up to 2 years.
