  • some Salt and Pepper to season
  • 200 g Seaweed
  • 500 g Ice
  • 1 medium Lemon
  • 20 fresh Oysters
  • 100 ml Champagne


  • Place the ice on a big serving dish or basin and crush it. Arrange the oysters on top of the seaweed.
  • Season with lemon juice, champagne, and Tobasco. Drizzle over the oysters and serve right away.
