Store and keep date paste in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for more than three months. Date paste can also be stored in the freezer. We recommend storing it in small amounts, such as Tablespoon portions, in an ice cube plate if you go this way. Once frozen, remove the cubes and store them in a resealable bag.[2]

Our date paste is generated from 100% natural date, which is cleaned & pitted, pieces are extruded through a series of exemplary screens. The paste possesses a sweet smell and flavour, free from dry, musty, earthy and other unwanted off-flavours. No anti-oxidants, additives, sulphate agents, or artificial flavours are used.

Date fruits pass through the separation process of calyx and seeds, washing, drying, moisturising, polishing, pressing, cooling, grading, and packing. These are the significant production steps. Our Date paste is made in a way that all nutrients and qualities in the dates are maintained.
