A wonderful chocolate-fragranced natural butter made from the whole cocoa beans. The smooth velvety texture of natural cocoa butter with a slight aroma of chocolate blends easily and melts wonderfully for inclusion in your favorite recipes, smoothies, shakes, and coffees!
For those that don’t need the aroma, a deodorized version of cocoa butter is also available in various sizes which is simply pure raw cocoa butter that has gone through a deodorization process.
General Information

Cocoa butter, also called Theobroma oil, is a pale-yellow, edible vegetable fat extracted from the cocoa bean. It’s used to make chocolate, as well as some lotions, toiletries, and pharmaceuticals.

Storage
It would be best to store cocoa butter in an airtight container in a cold, dry and dark place. However, it can also be stored at room temperature and yet keep its solid form. Its native antioxidants prevent it from going bad, giving it a shelf life of 2-5 years.
