How to Use Red Velvet Cake Mix:

First prepare the following ingredients:

  • Red Velvet Cake Mix: 1000g
  • Egg: 400g
  • Water: 300g
  • Butter (do not melt): 120g
  • Total Weight: 1820g

Next, stir the Red Velvet Cake Mix, eggs, water and butter mixture in the mixer for approximately 1 minute on low speed and 5 minutes on medium speed and pour the resulting mixture into mould. Finally, bake the cake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 40-45 minutes.
