Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 medium egg slightly beaten
  • 1 cup plain flour for coating
  • 1 cup butter

  • Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine the flour, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  • After dipping the chicken wings in the egg, coat them with flour.
  • Melt the butter and oil in a large, deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the wings in hot oil until golden brown and crisp, place in a single layer in a large roasting pan.
  • Mix the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, and salt in a small mixing basin. Pour the sauce over the wings.
  • Bake for 30 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven, basting wings often with sauce.
  • Remove and serve immediately!
