Iced Oysters with Lemon
These oysters are from heaven and can have a lot of health benefits. Remember to serve them on ice and cold.

- some Salt and Pepper to season
- 200 g Seaweed
- 500 g Ice
- 1 medium Lemon
- 20 fresh Oysters
- 100 ml Champagne
Place the ice on a big serving dish or basin and crush it. Arrange the oysters on top of the seaweed.
Season with lemon juice, champagne, and Tobasco. Drizzle over the oysters and serve right away.
