Put tea bags, 2 tsp of orange zest, cinnamon, vanilla, cloves and boiling water in a large heat-resistant pot. Let stand for 10 minutes to infuse.
Strain 1/2 of the tea mixture through a fine sieve into an 8-hole ice cube tray. Put in the freezer for 6 hours until frozen. Put the remaining tea mixture in the refrigerator to chill.
Add the remaining tea mixture to the strainer and discard the solids. Pour the mixture to the highball glasses. Squeeze in the orange juice and add ice cubes. Sugar-free sprite on the top. Add lemon slices, orange slices and a dash of bitter, if using.
